We have a vehicle for everyone.  If you want a brand-new vehicle or an older model to blend in with the scenery.

These are our newer class vehicles.
You are required to have a credit card that provides Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) coverage, which means your credit card insurance will cover the cost of damages in case of an accident caused by a collision.

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have credit card funds for the required security deposit.
• If you have a Credit Card and are between the ages of 21 and 80 years, you can rent with us.

These are our more economical value vehicles or vehicles that your credit card won’t cover such as pickups and vans.

• We recommend using your credit card insurance for better coverage.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• We have a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with a deductible, which is our security deposit which your Credit Card must have funds to cover
• You must be between the ages of 25 to 70 years old to rent a vehicle. However, we do allow drivers aged 21 to 24 and those 70 and older to rent a vehicle, but we require a double deductible/deposit on their credit card.

• Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the renter and pay an additional charge of $3.95 USD per day.
• Spouses living in the same household/address will have no additional charge.

Out District Rental Drop Off/Delivery

Out-District Rental Drop Off services are available between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM to  your hotel. After delivery of the rental, the customer is required to drop off our driver to the nearest bus station or airport.

Out District Pick Up

Out-District Pick Up of Rental services are available between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM at the nearest airport or bus station.  Our Driver will give the customer a drive back to their hotel.

Main Office Pick Up

Our customer pick-up hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We pick up our customers from anywhere in Belize City or in Ladyville. Please note that pick-ups must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.

Main Office Drop Off

Our customer Drop Off of Rental to our Main Office is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.  We will give you a ride back to the water taxi, municipal airport or any hotel within Belize City or Ladyville.

Unlimited mileage.

At pick-up, the vehicle will come with a full tank of gas. We ask that you return it with a full tank as well. If you don’t, no worries—we can simply charge you for the difference at the office.

There are no cancellation fees, but we kindly ask that customers inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date. Please note, however, that a no-show fee equivalent to one day’s rental rate will apply if no notice is given.

Our car rentals can be paid for using cash, debit cards, or credit cards. However, security deposits for your car rental must be made using credit cards only.

Please note that this requires a mandatory 24 hours notice in advance for early returns or you will be charged an additional day.  Please call us.

Please call us as soon as possible to see if your vehicle is available for the extension needed.

The vehicle may only be driven by the renter and authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement, unauthorized drivers nulls and voids the insurance, you will become 100% responsible for all damages.

The vehicle may not be used to:

• Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• No Passengers allowed to drink alcohol or use drugs inside the rental
• Driving contrary to Belize Driving Laws
• Carry persons or property for hire
• Push, tow, or propel any vehicle or object
• Participate in races or contests
• Haul explosives or dangerous items
• Engage in illegal activities or violate the law

The customer acknowledges receiving the vehicle in good condition and must return it as received, except for normal wear. Any repairs or replacements during the rental require prior approval from the Lessor.

This is valid only in Belize. The customer’s liability for vehicle damage or loss is limited according to the contract, provided all terms are met. However, CDW will be voided if you are found in violation of The Driving Laws of Belize such as driving under influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding,etc or unauthorized drivers.

Customer and authorized drivers are covered by third-party insurance only, any unauthorized driver makes insurance null and void, customer becomes 100% responsible.

We kindly request that you carefully inspect your rental vehicle before returning it to ensure that no personal belongings are left behind. While we will make every effort to recover and return any items you may leave, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or forgotten items.

The customer is responsible for paying all parking and traffic violations unless they are due to the lessor’s fault. If we receive notice of an unpaid ticket from the traffic department, a fee of $50.00 USD plus the cost of the ticket will be charged. To avoid this, please inform us so we can assist you in making the payment upon return of the rental.
