For an additional fee, we offer out-district pick-ups and drop-offs in our other five districts between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the local airport or bus station and the driver will give you a drop off to your hotel or the local airport. The renter needs to give the driver a drop off to the nearest airport or bus station. Please call the office for details.

We try to suit everyone’s needs with over 30 classes of vehicles from our A class which are newer to our older B class vehicles, we only deal with the highest safety standards in the whole world, vehicles manufacture for the United States markets. We do not rent the cheaper third world vehicles.

It’s common for warning lights to turn on in Belize due to the fuel quality and rough road conditions. Belize uses leaded fuel instead of the unleaded fuel that most vehicles are designed for. Additionally, unmarked speed bumps and rough roads can trigger these lights, but they often turn off after hitting another bump.

In most cases, the warning lights do not affect the car’s performance, and you can continue driving as usual. However, if you experience any loss of power or other issues, please call us immediately, and we’ll take care of it.

If your rental has a problem during normal working hours, contact us immediately by phone or WhatsApp. For afterhours support our emergency contact number is listed on your rental agreement.  Our agents will assist you promptly and guide you on what to do next for your safety and convenience.
